Thru the compilation of Contemporary Japanese Noun Thesaurus, the research on the diversity of semantic classification of vocabulary was carried out.Semantic classification of Japanese nouns has been constructed in the form of thesaurus. Brousing of this thesaurus is equivalent to the grouping of semantically similar words. Such grouping often shows contradictions included in the thesaurus. Checks and corrections of those contradictions has improved the description of vocabulary system.Data processing on the thesaurus is executed on a personal computer and a variety of programs were implemented. Among those, a retrieval program for the thesaurus enables us to examine the thesaurus system, which is also useful for the data-check of description.Two commands are also available: (1) a command to compress the thesaurus and to copy the compressed data to floppy-disk (2) a command to expand the thesaurus and to copy the expanded data to a hard-disk.The preparation to make the thesaurus open to the public is now finished by these softwares.

通过《现代日语名词叙词表》的编制，对词汇语义分类的多样性进行了研究，以叙词表的形式构建了日语名词的语义分类。对这个同义词词典的浏览相当于对语义相似的词进行分组。这样的分类经常显示出同义词库中包含的矛盾。对这些矛盾进行了检查和纠正，改进了词汇系统的描述。在个人计算机上对叙词表进行数据处理，并实现了各种程序。其中，叙词表的检索程序使我们能够检查叙词表系统，这对于描述的数据检查也很有用。还有两个命令可用：（1）压缩词库并将压缩数据复制到软盘的命令（2）扩展词库并将扩展数据复制到硬盘的命令，这些软件完成了叙词表对外开放的准备工作。
