平成5年7月18〜24日に愛知県豊橋市において開催される第3回世界理論有機化学者会議においての企画会議を開催し,会議で討論されるべき重要研究課題の選択,基調講演者の選出,会議日程などについての打合せ,会議の財政に関する打合せや調査を行った。先ず、第1回全体打合せ会議(平3/5/31ー6/1,豊橋市)では,本会議で討論されるべき重要研究課題について討議し,(A)理論と方法など5つの主テ-マを選定した。また,会議組織として名誉会長,名誉委員,組織委員,委員長,書記,プログラム委員会,財務委員会などを発足させた。平3/6/22ー23とプログラム委員会が開かれ、基調講演者の人選を行い、委員長に交渉を依頼した。その後,交渉,ファ-ストサ-キュラ-の準備,サ-キュラ-発送先名簿の収集整備など数多くの作業が行なわれた。これらの諸作業の結果をうけて、第2回打合せ会議が平4/2/2北大にて行なわれ,会議日程,展示会場の設置,財政計画案などについて,議論の結果実行案がまとめられた。これを受けて,平4/2/11豊橋市にて第1回財務委員会が開催され,予算案,募金案などが議論された。収入の中心となるべき募金については日本学術振興会の募金事業に応募して依頼することとし,3/3委員長,書記,財務委員長が学振において状況の説明をうけた。そのための準備作業を直ちに行うこととし,実行中である。また,第1回プログラム委員会が平4/2/16東大にて開催され,招待講演者案の策定,一般講演,ポスタ-講演の考え方,時間割当についての講論と決定が行われた。募金作業および企業からの特別参加登録など財政案の具体化のため,平4/3/1第2回財務委員会が東京お茶水大で行われた。本研究の結果,1年半後に迪った会議の開催にむけての準備が大いに進んだ。

Opening of the planning meeting for the 3rd World Conference of Theoretical Organic Chemists, discussion of the selection of important research topics, selection of keynote speakers, coordination of the conference schedule, coordination of financial matters, and investigation. First, the first plenary meeting (3/5/31 - 6/1, Bridgetown), this meeting will discuss important research topics,(A) theory and method, 5 main topics- Honorary Chairman, Honorary Member, Organizing Committee Member, Chairman of the Standing Committee, Secretary General, Secretary, Secretary 3/6/23: The committee was opened, the keynote speaker was selected, and the chairman was selected. After the completion of the project, the project will be completed, and the preparation of the project will be completed. The results of these operations were discussed. The second round of the meeting was held on 4/2/2 Beijing University. The meeting schedule, the setting of the exhibition venue, the financial plan, and the results of the discussion were discussed. The first session of the Finance Committee of Bridgetown was held on 4/2/11. 3/3 Chairman, Scandal, Finance Committee Chairman, Statement on the Status of Fund Raising of Japan Society for the Promotion of Science The preparation work is straight and the work is in progress. The first session of the Committee was held on April 2, 2016. The meeting was held to urge the speaker to plan, give a general lecture, discuss the topic of the lecture, and decide on the topic of the lecture. Special participation in fund raising activities for enterprises was registered on April 3, 2012. One and a half years later, the results of this study showed that the preparation for the opening of the conference was greatly improved.
