A computed tomography (CT) to simultanously detect scattering x-ray, fluorescent x-ray and transmission x-ray was developed. The interaction between the object and x-ray generated the scattering x-ray, fluorescent x-ray and transmission x-ray. In clinical practise, only the transmission x-ray is used to diagnose the disease. In this experiment we developed new type of CT to detect all information of x-ray interaction with object. Experiment was performed at bending magnet beam line ARNE 5A in KEK.1. Fluorescent x-ray CT image : Specific element as iodine was detected as presently used single photon emission CT.Minimal detectable dose was 50ng iodine by fan collimator fluorescent-CT system using large diameter germanium detector.2. Scattering x-ray CT image : Incoherent x-ray (Compton) and coherent x-ray (Thomson) CT imaging was obtained in the phantom by multi-channel germanium detector. Thomson CT image can demonstrate the difference of elements such as oil, water, calcium and contrast material. Compton CT can demonstrate the differnce of electron density of material.3. Transmission x-ray image : Using CCD detector, fine stracture of the phantom was revealed. Detectable concentration of iodine contrast material was 200 microgram/ml in 1 mm slice thickness.A new type of CT to detect all information of x-ray interaction was developed and this system is thought to reveal various informations of object simultaniously.
研制了一种同时检测散射X射线、荧光X射线和透射型X射线的计算机层析成像(CT)技术。物体与X射线相互作用产生散射X射线、荧光X射线和透射型X射线。在临床实践中,只有透射式X线片才能诊断该病。在这个实验中,我们开发了一种新型的CT来检测X射线与物体相互作用的所有信息。实验是在KEK.1的偏转磁束线Arne5A上进行的。结论:1.荧光X射线CT图像:采用目前使用的单光子发射CT检测特定元素碘,采用大直径锗探测器的扇形准直器荧光CT系统,最小可检测剂量为50 ng碘。散射X射线CT图像:用多道锗探测器在体模中获得非相干X射线(Compton)和相干X射线(Thomson)CT图像。Thomson CT图像可显示油、水、钙、对比剂等元素的差异。康普顿CT可以显示材料电子密度的差异。透射式X光图像:使用电荷耦合器件探测器,显示了体模的精细结构。在1 mm厚的切片中,碘对比剂的可检测浓度为200微克/毫升。研制了一种能够同时显示物体的各种信息的新型CT,它可以检测X射线相互作用的所有信息。
