本研究では、夏期休業期間に行われた心理リハビリテイションキャンプ参加トレーナー409名に対して質問紙調査を実施し、訓練遂行中どのような側面に困難を感じるのかについて訓練経験・訓練対象児の障害の種類・訓練技術レベルなどとの関係から検討した。その結果、以下の点が明らかとなった。<1>キャンプ前半と後半では、困難を感じる側面が異なる。特に前半では子供の姿勢をいかに形作るかという技術的側面に困難を感じるが、後半になるといかに訓練全体の組立や時間配分を行うのかといったプログラム的な側面に難しさを感じている。<2>脳性麻痺、精神遅滞、自閉症という3群に明らかに困難点が異なり、脳性麻痺では、姿勢づくりや課題の理解、精神遅滞では課題動作のこどもにとっての意味の把握、自閉症ではこどもとの関係づくり等が困難と感じられていた。これらの結果の臨床応用についてさらに検討中である。

This study investigated the relationship between psychological problems and training difficulties during summer holidays and summer holidays, and the relationship between psychological problems and training difficulties.
