1.今年度の研究実施結果研究の手順としては、まず認知言語学の基本的なコンセプトの把握に努め、次に、現代中国語文法理論研究における自分自身の研究テーマに焦点をあて、その問題に対する認知言語学的視野からの再解釈を試みた。2.研究によって得られた結果今年度は具体的には、中国語の使役構文に対して、認知言語学的分析を試みた。中国語の使役構文は、既に拙稿「「兼語式」のプロトタイプ」(『中国語学』第241号、1994年10月発行、日本中国語学会)で取り上げたが、ここでも既にプロトタイプ理論という認知言語学における極めて基本的なフレームが用いられていた。今年度の科学研究費補助金による研究論文「使役動詞と伝達動詞の接点」は、いわば前出論文の続編である。ここでは主として使役構文の第一動詞(使役動詞)の他動性に関する問題が論じられ、個々の動詞の意味によってその統語論的振る舞いが異なる、すなわち意味が形式を動気付けていることが、論証された。3.今後の研究展開に関する計画もちろん、中国語の文法事象が、すべて認知言語学的な視点によって説明できるとは限らないし、またその必要もないわけであるが、今後は、今回の研究によって得られた認知言語学的な知見を、中国語文法の他の問題点に様々に応用していきたいと考える。
