Development of Psycho-social Stress Care Training System

在这个项目中，我们在灾害干预领域现有的18本手册的基础上，开发了一份心理-社会压力护理培训计划手册。其中大多数是根据他们从1989年洛马普里埃塔地震、1994年北岭地震和1995年神户地震中获得的经验编写的。我们构建这本手册包括三个方面：在灾难应对和救济的更大背景下心理社会压力护理的作用的一般参考；学习心理社会压力及其护理的材料；以及心理社会护理人员的组织管理。对于更广泛的受众，我们决定将本手册上传到我们的网站，以便任何对心理社会压力护理操作感兴趣或感到有必要的人都可以下载，供他们随意参考。本手册的网址如下：www2.drs.dpri.kyoto-u.ac.jp/gakusei/mitaniu/mitani1.html.我们希望开发一个英文版本，以帮助国际救援行动，这可能发生在其他国家，如土耳其或台湾。

In this project, we developed a manual for Psycho-social Stress Care Training program based on 18 existing manuals in the field of disaster intervention. Most of them were prepared based on their experiences from the Loma Prieta earthquake of 1989, the Northridge earthquake of 1994, and the Kobe earthquake of 1995. We constructed this manual to include three aspects : general references of the roles of psycho-social stress care in the larger context of disaster response and relief; material for learning psycho-social stress and its care; and the organizational management of psycho-social care takers.For a wider audience, we decided to uplink this manual in our website so that anybody those are interested in or feel necessity to psycho-social stress care operations could download for their references at their disposal. We hope to develop an English version for the help of international relief operations, which might occur in other countries such as Turkey or Taiwan.
