In recent Japan, there are occurring die many misconduct problems among young juvenile, especially junior high school students. The attitude of young juveniles toward social norms is an important factors in considering die traits os misconduct behavior and causes. It is often pointed out that young juveniles become misconduct juvenile on account of frailty or degeneracy of self control acquired through internalization of social norms by the school curriculum. In this study, we conducted the development of fundamental curriculum aimed problem solving of misconducts among young juvenile through "Citizenship Education" .In this projects of study, we conducted questionnaire survey for analyzing the attitude of young juvenile toward social norms and at the same time to clarify the pi ocess of their becoming delinquent through the analysis of the frailty of self control acquired by intemalization of social norms. Subjects are 916 junior high school students of second grade (460 boys and 916 girls), from June till August, 2001.As main results were as a follows;(1) Between boys and girls of junior high school, there was no significant difference in regard to the extent of permissivenesis to each deviant behavior.(2) There was a significant difference, however, between boys and girls when we examine their extent of experience to deviant behavior for past one year. The rate of boys who experienced various deviant was higher than mat of girls who experienced deviant behavior.
近年来,日本青少年特别是初中生中出现了许多不良行为问题。青少年对社会规范的态度是考察其不良行为特征和原因的重要因素。人们经常指出,青少年之所以成为行为不端的青少年,是因为学校课程使社会规范内化,从而使他们的自我控制能力变得脆弱或退化。本研究以“公民教育”为基础课程,以解决青少年的不良行为为目的,以问卷调查的方式,分析青少年对社会规范的态度,并分析青少年因社会规范内化而产生的自我控制的脆弱性,以厘清青少年犯罪的原因。研究对象为2001年6月至8月的916名初中二年级学生(男460人,女916人)。主要结果如下:(1)初中男生和女生对每种偏差行为的容忍程度没有显著差异。(2)然而,在过去一年中,男生和女生对偏差行为的体验程度存在显著差异。男生发生各种越轨行为的比例高于女生。
