Teacher's mental hygiene becomes worse at the same time with the aggravation of the child's problem. There is a mental sick teacher who takes a leave of absence, too. There is a little research on ruined school, and the teacher's fatigue.This research is examined about the factor of the teacher's fatigue and the mechanism. And, as for the prevention of the teacher's fatigue and the solution plan as well, it is studied medically educationally from the social viewpoint.It found out the following thing as a result of the investigation.(1) Teacher's MBI is caused even if it depends on the everyday happening of the life habit and the study.(2) The teacher of a feeling of the exhaustion that a "It is raised together. " company is not in the workplace is bigger.(3) As for the teacher that lost, escape to the private life was seen with the teacher who felt escape from the work, a feeling of the exhaustion.It is in securing it as a support plan, the internal and external support relations of school 【 the free time 】.

随着孩子问题的加重，教师的心理卫生也随之恶化。有一个患有精神疾病的老师也请了假。关于荒废的学校和教师疲劳的研究很少。本研究探讨了教师疲劳的影响因素及其机制。并从社会角度对教师疲劳的预防及解决方案进行了医学教育方面的研究。调查结果发现了以下情况。(1)教师的MBI即使依赖于日常生活习惯和学习的发生也会产生。(2)老师的一种疲惫的感觉，那是一起抚养起来的。公司不是在工作场所更大。(3)对于失败的老师来说，逃避到私人生活中去，与逃离工作的老师一样，有一种疲惫的感觉。它是在确保它作为一个支持计划，学校的内部和外部支持关系的自由时间。
