On this study, by thinking about the trades of housing sits, I investigated the transformations of the block patterns in old Kyoto town after the end of Edo period. The summary of this study can be given below :1. A number of trades of housing sits were increased and the prices of land went up after the last of Edo period. And the disparity of land prices between south areas and north areas in Kyoto were increased at the same time.2. The neighborhood self-governing bodys called "Cho-jyu" always watched and intervened the land transactions.3. And they bought residential lots themselves with the aim of the maintenance of the environment of neighborhood.4. In these trades of housing sits the lot without building were bought at low prices, in contrast the lot with the storehouses were bought at high prices. So they regarded the existence of storehouse as most important.
在本研究中,我通过对住宅区交易的思考,考察了江户时代结束后京都老城区街区模式的转变。本研究的主要内容如下:1.江户时代末期以后,住宅的交易量增加,土地价格上涨。同时,京都南北地区地价差距加大.被称为“Cho-jyu”的邻里自治机构总是监督和干预土地交易。他们自己购买住宅用地,目的是维护邻里的环境。在这些房屋交易中,没有建筑的地段以低价购买,相反,有仓库的地段以高价购买。因此,他们认为仓库的存在是最重要的。
