项目摘要

"やることはなんでも完ぺきにやろう"とする完全主義は,生活満足感,自尊感情を高める一方で,抑うつ,不安,摂食障害などの精神病理や,心身症などのネガティブな結果をもたらす可能性を持ち合わせている.しかし,これまでの完全主義研究は,個人のなかで安定した特性である,"パーソナリティ"の側面のみを扱ってきた.そのため本研究では,どのような状況において,完全主義を信念として持つものが,どのような完全主義的な思考を体験し、どのような感情,行動がもたらされるのかをされるのかを明らかにしてきた.完全主義の認知プロセスの解明と介入への応用によって、精神疾患を持つ患者だけでなく、スポーツ選手、一般者などのメンタルヘルスに貢献できるだろう。特に本年では,自己志向的完全主義がどのようなプロセスで強迫的な行動を導くのかを検討した.平成17年度では,多次元完全主義認知尺度(小堀・丹野,2004)を利用し,大学生60名に対して以下のような実験を実施した.実験に際しては,インフォームドコンセントをとり,実験についての説明と参加への同意を確認した.実験では,確率推論課題を実施し,実験参加者があいまいな状況で意思決定に至るまでの情報収集量を測定した。その結果,(1)自己志向的完全主義を信念として持つ者が,不確かな情報を回避しようとすると,(2)完全性追求の認知が生じて「完ぺきにやらなければならない」と考えるため,(3)意思決定に至るまでの情報収集量が多くなること,つまり強迫的な行動が増加するということを明らかとなった.実験終了時にはデブリーフィングを行い,謝礼を渡した.
