项目摘要

本年度も史料調査と研究報告を中心に研究活動を行った。史料調査は京都府及び京都市の行政史料や議会議事録、京都地方の新聞から都市社会政策や、都市スラム・被差別部落・在日朝鮮人にかかわる関係資料を引き続き収集した。特に今年は戦時期から高度経済成長期にかけての史料収集を、重点的に行った。次に外部の研究会や学会で研究報告を三回行った。第一に一九二〇年から三〇年代にかけての、都市社会事業行政の構造変化と京都市会との関係について、日本史研究会近現代史部会で報告を行った。この報告は現在投稿中である。第二に一九二〇年代から三〇年代における、在日朝鮮人社会と都市社会行政との関係について、朝鮮史研究会関西部会で報告した。第三に戦前期の都市社会事業行政における失業救済事業について、世界人権問題研究センターで報告した。この報告も現在投稿中である。その他、都市社会調査の調査方法の変化と、政策形成の関係性を分析した研究を、日本史研究会近現代史部会と社会事業史学会大会で報告予定である。いずれも都市社会政策をめぐる府県・都市行政・地域社会の相互規定関係の把握に重点をおき、単なる個別実証分析にならないように留意した。また水平運動をテーマにした研究書の書評を執筆し、大阪歴史学会『ヒストリア』に掲載が決定した。以上のように研究テーマに即した実証研究をまとめることに努めた。
