项目摘要

本年度は、昨年度開発した臨床学習環境測定尺度(Clinical Learning Environment Diagnostic Inventory:以下CLEDIと略す)を国際的な看護学の雑誌(Journal of Advanced Nursing)に発表した。雑誌に掲載後、本研究課題の成果である臨床学習環境測定尺度には、国内外から関心が寄せられ、他国の研究者からの使用許諾の依頼が寄せられている。また本年度は、看護学実習の教育インフラストラクチャーと臨床学習環境の関連性を明らかにするため、看護学士課程の4年次生205名を対象に構造方程式モデリングを用いて教育インフラストラクチャー、臨床学習環境の変数間の因果関係を解析した。教育インフラストラクチャーの観測変数として、教員の指導体制、他職種の指導援助、大学と臨床の連携、書籍や文献の配備、個別的指導の実施、実習場の人員配置を選定した。臨床学習環境の測定にはCLEDIを用いた。この測定用具は、臨床学習環境の感覚的、知覚的、象徴的、行動的、反省的側面を測定し、下位尺度の得点を観測変数に用いた。。教育インフラストラクチャーから臨床学習環境への標準化係数は0.97で、教育インフラストラクチャーの観測変数のうち大学と臨床の連携がもっとも強い影響を示していた。教育インフラストラクチャーはCLEDIの感覚的臨床学習環境には強い影響をもち、他の下位尺度には中程度の関連性があることを認めた。教育インフラストラクチャーの整備が臨床学習環境の質の保証に結びつくことが推察された。したがって、大学と臨床現場の関係の再評価は看護学生の臨床学習の望ましい環境をデザインするために必要であることが示唆された。本年度の研究成果は、The 8th international regulation conferenceに発表予定である。
