项目摘要

1.文献検討の追加対象者である看護職の特徴および背景を捉えるため、専門職論に関する文献を収集し、看護職の専門職性に関する最近の議論を捉えた。看護職の場合、診療行為では医師の指示の下におかれるため、専門職であるための一条件である自律性が、恒常的に保持できない。これを除けば、その職務は限りなく専門性が高く、したがって準専門職に位置つくとして、医療社会学では一般的に捉えられている。以上より、看護職は、組織内でその役割を遂行しようとするとき、病院組織からの管理的要請と医師からの医療的要請という二重の権威が交錯する中におかれている。こうした看護職がもつ特有の文脈を理解したうえで、臨床看護師におけるキャリア認識の形成プロセスおよびキャリア発達支援関係について捉える必要がある。今年度は、先行研究の量的データ結果にこれらの考察を加え、日本経営学会北海道部会にて研究報告した。2.面接調査1)調査項目の決定エリクソンの生涯発達論を紐解くことにより、キャリア発達における問題とは、アイデンティティの形成とその後の発達課題におけるゆらぎ、として捉えることができると仮説設定し、面接調査の項目は、その人の生涯発達およびアイデンティティの形成という問題に拡げて捉えられるように構成を決定した。平行して、アイデンティティ研究における国内外の文献を収集し、さらに国内におけるアイデンティティ研究者と議論する機会をもち、アイデンティティというキー概念におけるキャリア発達に対する説明力を検討した。2)面接調査の実施研究計画書については、医学部倫理委員会の承認をえた。その後、調査施設から研究の同意・協力をえた。現在、グランデッドセオリーを用いて、データ収集・分析中である。引き続き、理論的サンプリングによるデータ収集・分析を継続し、構造化の作業を行ない、研究成果を国内の経営学系および心理学系の関連学会にて報告予定である。
