平成19年度は,前年度までに収集した日本市場,欧州市場,米国市場において日本企業と欧米企業の間で実施された国際合弁における.親会社の出資戦略の経時的変化にかんするデータベースについて,「トロイ木馬仮説」の説明可能性の検証を中心に,分析をおこなった。同時に,前年度までに収集したデータべースに,新たに-部の最新データ等も加えて,なるべく新しい経済動向を分析結果に反映できるように配慮した。分析に際しては,各合弁戦略タイプ別(あるいはタイプ間の比較)の操作仮説を提示し,それを検証するスタイルをとった。あわせて,研究協力者であるJ.F.Hennart氏の日本での滞在(日本学術振興会・国際交流事業による)とあわせて,共同でインタビュー調査や研究会,研究討議も実施した。また,その分析結果を内外の学会(日本経営学会関西部会,European International Business Academy等)や論文(『経営研究』,OCU Business Revieww等)で発表し,分析方法や理論の発展についても検討した(なお,-部の海外の研究発表等は,日本学術振興会による国際学会等派遣事業をつうじて実施した)。これによって,当初の研究の目的および研究実施計画は,ある程度達成された。ただし,とれまでに分析した内容のうち,未発表となっているものもある。これらについては,2008年6月に出版されるOCU Business Review等をはじめとして,今後も順次発表していく予定である。
