In an imperfect competitive economy with insufficient effective needs, we will discuss the most appropriate public supply to maximize national income and maximize the number of benefits and social welfare by adjusting government expenditures and taxes on public services such as care and conservation and public goods such as roads and sewers, which contribute to the production of financial and service services for households. The result of incomplete competition is that there is a difference between the existing results and the optimal supply of household production.
