项目摘要
This study formulated a general equilibrium model of the road economics which synthesizes the theories of home production and the optimal toll and then examined the recent issues on travel demand forecasting in Japan. A change in toll or investment affects the route selection of users through income redistribution between the low and high income groups. It was clarified that not only the income difference in each group but also that between the groups have significant effects on maximization of social welfare with respect to policy instruments.
本研究综合了国内生产理论和最优收费理论，构建了道路经济学的一般均衡模型，并对日本交通需求预测的最新课题进行了研究。收费或投资的改变，会透过低收入和高收入组别之间的收入再分配，影响使用者的路缐选择。澄清了不仅每个群体内部的收入差异，而且群体之间的收入差异对政策工具的社会福利最大化具有显着影响。
