教育課程体系化を命じた1931年党決定以後の「労働」科目ほかの課程編成と、知識の評価制度の導入過程を分析した結果、ソビエト体制は、31年9月の決定で体系化とポリテフニズム化とを平行して打ち出す(定説の言う)よりももっと早くにこの2つの方向を決断して資源を投入したこと、評価制度では、1932年8月の党決定で指示して後、中等・初等教育では33年春から生徒別記帳、試験を導入したこと、この中で「労働」では編成と教員支援の遅れにより34年夏、導入決意の表明に止まり、「やっかいもの」視されたことを解明した。

The systematization of education curriculum was ordered in September 1931, after the Party's decision on the establishment of curriculum, the introduction of knowledge evaluation system, the analysis of the results, the improvement of the system, the decision on the systematization of education curriculum, the parallel development of education curriculum, the early development of education curriculum, the decision on the direction of education curriculum, the input of resources, the improvement of education curriculum system, and the improvement of education curriculum system. In August 1932, the party decided to instruct the post, secondary and primary education in the spring of 1933, to make separate accounts for students, to try to introduce them, and to organize them into "teachers 'support" in the summer of 1934.
