A STUDY ON IN-SERVICE TRAINING OF TEACHERS IN FRANCE

本研究的目的是介绍法国教师在职培训的现状和存在的问题。教师培训学院根据各区的在职培训计划管理在职培训。这些特点可以说是规模非常大，非常系统化。在职培训不仅包括学科培训，还包括校本培训、新进人员培训、学校领导培训、行政管理人员培训等。因此，法国的教师在职培训充满了许多高质量的课程。但是，在从培训向在职培训的过渡、高校教师的使用、中小学教师之间缺乏沟通等方面还存在一些问题。

The purpose of this study is to show the current situation and the problems concerning the in-service training of teachers in France. The Teachers Training Institute administers the in-service training, which is based according to each district's in-service training plan. The characteristics may be described as very large in scale and very systematic. The in-service training includes not only the trainings on the subjects, but also includes the school-based trainings and the trainings for new appointees, school leaders, and administrative officials. Thus, the in-service training of teachers in France is filled with many high-quality curriculums. However, it still has issues to be worked on, such as the transition from the training to the in-service training, the utilization of the university teachers, and the lack of communication between elementary education teachers and secondary education teachers.
