グローバル化の進む21世紀において国際的に活躍できる技術者を育成するには、専門知識に加えて、外国人とプロジェクトを円滑に推進するためのコミュニケーション能力が必要である。本研究では、学生がWeb上の共同実験施設を外国人とチームを組んで利用し、プロジェクト活動を推進する国際交流型の工学教育を実践できる環境構築を目的とし、Webブラウザでコントロールできる遠隔操作ロボットシステムの開発を試みた。
