英文摘要
遊離体と抱合体のエストロゲンの前処理を簡易化し、回収率を大幅に改善させる分析法を開発した。2008年1月と9月の降雨時期に 英国テムズ川流域で調査を行った結果、E2 やグルンクロン酸抱合体のエストロゲンが放流水や河川水で検出され、合流式下水道越流水の影響が無視できないことが明らかとなった。また我国で検出されないEE2 が流入下水や下水処理水で検出された。グルクロン酸抱合体よりも硫酸抱合体が、またE2 やE1 よりもEE2 は分解が遅いことが実験で明らかとなった。
