胎仔脳の発達に影響を及ぼす母体ストレス環境下において、母体血液中で変動した物質について検討した。プロテオーム解析の結果、弱いストレス群と強いストレス群が逆の変動をした蛋白質は全体の約3%であり、antioxidant やapolipoprotein 関連の蛋白質が含まれていた。強いストレス群のみで変動したのはmatrix metalloproteinase 関連蛋白質などであった。さらに母体血液中で変動するグルココルチコイドについて検討し、マーカーおよびメカニズムとしての重要性を明らかにした。
