项目摘要

医療の高度化や看護師への社会的ニーズの多様化など大きく変化している現代社会において、学士課程での看護教育は看護に関する専門知識を深く学ぶだけではなく、様々な事象における課題発見力や問題解決能力、他者との協働実践力が必要とされており、自己理解を深めながら専門職として自発的な能力開発が求められている。本研究は、看護学生を対象に看護師に求められる実践能力の一つである「問題解決能力」に着目し、問題解決能力の構成概念を明らかにし看護学教育における質の維持・向上を図るための指標として、客観的に評価できる尺度の開発を目的としている。本年度は、看護学教育の質の維持・向上に向けた、学生の問題解決能力についての調査を実施した。学生個々の問題解決能力が発揮されやすい看護学実習に視点を置き、看護学実習における実施可能な看護技術や受け持ち患者に対するより良い看護技術の提供に、学生の問題解決能力の影響を踏まえて実習において習得すべき看護技術の精選を行った。また、調査結果については日本看護科学会にて「特定機能病院における成人看護学実習で習得すべき看護技術項目の精選」として発表を行った。加えて、日本看護科学学会への参加を通して現在日本において行われている最先端の研究について学習し、問題解決能力に関する知見を得た。昨年度の目標として掲げた、問題解決能力測定尺度Ver.2で得られる学生の主観による自己評価と教員側からの客観的評価とを分析するために、倫理審査委員会に研究の申請を行っていたが、研究時間の捻出に困難が生じ十分な研究成果を出すことができなかった。
