The purpose of this study was to examine factors of the home care management to support a final performance that there is the dignity of the cancer patient. The subjects were cancer patients and the bereaved families, their case managers. These investigations suggested that the significant factors to well-being were 1) the feelings about the death, 2) the communication with cancer patients and their families, 3) the emergency system, 4) the competence in planning of home care.

本研究的目的是探讨家庭护理管理的因素，以支持有尊严的癌症患者的最终表现。研究对象是癌症患者及其家属，以及他们的病例管理人员。调查结果显示，影响癌症患者幸福感的主要因素为：1)死亡感受；2)与癌症患者及其家属的沟通；3)应急系统；4)家庭护理计划能力。
