We examined a validity of the revised clinicopathological diagnostic criteria of dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB). Consequently, the revised clinical diagnostic criteria increased a sensitivity of clinical diagnosis of DLB, and a likelihood evaluation based on the revised pathological diagnostic criteria reflected the clinical features of DLB.
