Development of Nursing Practice Environment Evaluation Tool for Quality Nursing Care

开发了一种评估护理实践环境的试验性工具。该工具由3个子量表组成；人际关系环境、社会文化环境、物质环境。这些量表有12个元素；人际关系，护士经理的支持和领导，认可，组织结构，护理实践，职业支持，工作压力，人事政策的公平性，与社区的关系，工作场所的安全和健康，人员配备和工资，福利和工作与生活的平衡。问卷共75个问题，采用李克特5分量表。

A tentative tool to evaluate Nursing Practice Environment was developed. This tool was composed of 3 sub-scales ; human relations environment, sociocultural environment, and physical environment. Those sub-scales has 12 elements ; human relations, supports & leadership of nurse manager, recognition, organizational structure, nursing practice, career support, job pressure, fairness of personnel policy, relationship with community, safety and healthiness of workplace, staffing and salary, benefit & work-life balance. Total 75 questions were adapted and 5 point likert scale was used.
