A Investigative Research on the Mechanism of Cultivation and Acquisition of Human Resources in the Field of Lifelong Learning Policy

在这项研究中，我澄清了以下三件事。首先，现在许多公民都为自己开设了各种高质量的讲座课程，并根据自己的职业经历管理提供这种学习机会的机构。二是各种类型的志愿者成为许多课程讲座的主题，同时志愿者现在已经在各个领域工作，而不是以前。第三，支持这些活跃的公民越来越超出现有专业人员终身学习的能力，而公民自己也迅速获得了这种能力。

In this research, I have clarified three things below. The first is that many citizens in these days have offered various, high-quality courses of lectures to themselves, and managed the institutions giving such learning opportunities, based on their own occupational experiences. The second is that various types of volunteers have become the topics for many courses of lectures, at the same time volunteers now have worked in various fields rather than before. The third is that supporting these active citizens is getting more and more beyond the capacity of existing professionals for lifelong learning, while citizens themselves rapidly got such capacity.
