英文摘要
I investigated the mechanisms of phosphatidylserine (PS) exposure in apoptotic cells. Ca^<2+> was found to be the effecter for PS exposure. Using Ca2+ ionophore A23187, I designed the experimental system in which cells externalize PS without dying.
