Despite the fact that S-city has shown strong economic development since super high-tech factory opened in 2008, the strong-economic effect is limited mainly in Bay area. Inner city of S-city has been suffering from comparatively low economic performance. Traditional local industries in inner cities have not yet developed strong ties within the transaction network of super high-tech factory.
