This research clarified the following some points. (1)Essence of case study made from accounting research and the classification. (2)Role that case study plays business and research.(3)Difference of educational case study and research case study, Various problems of the ideal way of an educational case study and the accounting education that uses it, especially the problem when the case method of the United States style is adopted. In addition, the case study teaching material was actually made, the education using it was done, and the learning process was preliminary investigated. As a result, the case study teaching material improved the willingness to learn, and was a clue of the memory. It can be said to the case study teaching material it is effective for the training of the accounting literacy ability.
