Development of a support model aiming to improve motivation of members of community organizations

本研究以质性与量性研究相结合的方式，厘清公共卫生护理人员对社区组织成员动机的支持，包括“准备支持”、“活动发展支持”、“社区发展支持”与“独立支持”。“在对这些类型的支助进行评价方面，根据作为PHN的多年经验，观察到了显著差异。为了有效地利用本研究所发展的支援模式，有必要建立持续教育计划。

By combining qualitative and quantitative studies, it was clarified in this study that support to public health nurses relating to motivation of members of community organizations is comprised of "support for readiness,""support for development of activities,""support for community development" and "support for independence." Significant differences were observed depending on the years of experience as a PHN in regards to evaluations on these types of support. It is necessary to establish ongoing education programs for public health nurses in order to effectively utilize the support model developed in this study.
