THE EVALUATION FOR THE MANAGEMENT CABABILITY OF A UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL AS A DRIVEN SYSTEM OF THE SOCIAL MEDICAL SUPPLY CHAIN～TIME AND MOTION STUDY BASED APPROACH

从以下几个角度探讨了高校医院作为社会医疗供应链驱动系统的管理能力：(1)如何利用无人值守时间和运动研究方法和时间过程研究方法，以效率和可靠性为目标评价人员配置；(2)如何基于区域疾病登记来估计和预测社会医疗需求；(3)如何利用无人值守时间和运动研究方法和时间过程研究方法，基于观测数据构建家庭医疗服务和家庭长期护理系统。

The management capability of a university hospital as a driven system of the social medical supply chain was investigated from the following view points ;(1) how to evaluate the stuff deployment with the object of efficiency and reliability using with the method of unattended time and motion study and time process study,(2) how to estimate and predict the social medical needs based on the regional disease registration,(3) how to construct the In-Home medical service and In-Home Long-Term Care system based on the observed data by the method of unattended time and motion study and time process study.
