This research aimed to analyze trends in discussion on biomedical ethical issues and policy making activities, using empirical literature-based analysis. Systematic and comparative analysis on academic journals and key countries' governmental reports, which were related with bioethics policy making, were considered for identifying trend or characteristics in multinational comparative studies.
