Transplantation of human embryonic stem cell derived- neural stem/progenitor cells for spinal cord injury model

移植用我们的方法分化的人胚胎干细胞来源的神经干/祖细胞在NOD/Scid小鼠脊髓损伤模型中显示出良好的功能恢复。脊髓损伤后移植细胞的功能恢复机制是多方面的，其中一个主要机制是移植细胞的神经分化。基于我们的研究，我们已经开始了移植人iPS细胞衍生的神经干/祖细胞用于脊髓损伤模型的项目。

Transplantation of human embryonic stem cell derived-neural stem/progenitor cells, which were differentiated by our original method, showed good functional recovery in NOD/Scid mouse spinal cord injury model. The mechanism of functional recovery were various, one major mechanism is neural differentiation of the grafted cells in injured spinal cord. Based on our study, we have started the project to transplant human iPS cell-derived neural stem/progenitor cells for spinal cord injury models.
