We conducted a feasibility study on professional instructional system based on e-learning for employees in small and medium-sized enterprises. The cost of education is needed to cut it down for democratizing the educational opportunity. We developed learning materials, conducted courses and developed a LMS for managing professional learning of group learning distributed at distance. We conducted trial courses with collaboration of students, engineers of enterprises. But due to financial and time constrains, we could not have sufficient participants from the enterprises. For evaluating the effect of learning, we conducted a forum and succeeded to attract many participants.

我们对基于e-Learning的中小企业员工职业指导系统进行了可行性研究。为了使教育机会民主化，需要降低教育成本。我们开发了学习材料，开设了课程，并开发了LMS，用于管理远程分布的小组学习的专业学习。我们与企业的学生和工程师合作开展了试点课程。但由于资金和时间的限制，我们无法从企业中获得足够的参与者。为了评估学习的效果，我们举办了一个论坛，成功地吸引了许多人参加。
