The relationship between economic policy and employment policy inDenmark after 19090s ? a study on sustainability of welfare states

笔者通过挖掘原始资料，分析了1992年劳动力市场改革委员会(佐藤委员会)的政策形成过程。并分析了劳动力市场、劳资关系、就业政策和失业保险之间的关系。因此，丹麦的灵活保障制度可以追溯到100多年前，并建立在独特的劳动关系基础上。就业政策和家庭支助政策被认为是经济政策和社会投资的一部分。发达的人力资本投资和家庭支持使工作和生活达到良好的平衡。在劳资之间良好的合作关系下，工作技能和经验在开放的劳动力市场上受到重视，劳动力能够在不降低工资的情况下从一家公司转移到另一家公司。

I analyzed policy formation process of the Committee of Labor Market Reform (Zeuthen Committee) in 1992 by mining primary material. I did also relationship among labor market, industrial relations, employment policy and unemployment insurance. As a result, Danish flexicurity system could be traced back to more than 100 years and based on unique industrial relations. Employment policies and family support policies are recognized as a part of economic policies and as social investment. Well-developed human investment for human capital and family support enable good work and life balance. And under good partnership between labor and capital, job skill and experiences are valued in open labor market and labors are able to move from company to company without a drop in wages..
