项目摘要
The purpose of this study to developed the remote supporting system for health and physical fitness promotion. Our result showed that elderly people was able to continued to exercise by using remote supporting software. In addition, the improvement of physical fitness and cognitive function of elderly people could be confirmed.
本研究的目的是开发健康体能促进远程支持系统。我们的结果显示，老年人能够通过使用远程支持软件继续锻炼。此外，老年人的身体素质和认知功能的改善也是可以证实的。
