This research attempted to develop environmental education program, which hardly been develop, for people of working age who commit in decision-making. The finding of the research is that within theory and method of Minamata Jimotogaku has principle to shift the “teach and taught” relation in environmental education program. It also revealed the availability of the leaner using its own experience as a learning resource to understand the life sustained by the climate and of its transformation, and importance of self-directed learning being embedded in the process to create better life. The research verifies the validity of the usage of theory of adult learning in development of the program.

这项研究试图制定几乎没有发展的环境教育计划，对于从事决策的人们而言。研究的发现是，在Minamata Jimotogaku的理论和方法中，有原则可以改变环境教育计划中的“教学和教学”关系。它还以自己的经验作为学习资源来揭示了精益的可用性，以了解气候及其转型所维持的生活，以及将自我指导的学习的重要性嵌入到创造更好生活中的过程中。该研究验证了成人学习理论在计划发展中的有效性。
