本研究项目旨在明确残障人士参与农产品加工等活动的条件和要素，构建以农业生产为主体的福利社区。研究结果如下：一是农业生产需要扩大培训机会的必要性，二是有效的中介支持系统，为各种资金信息和申请表格提供建议，三是农业环境艰苦，冬季工作机会的替代，四是与社区老年人的合作

The purpose of this research project is to clear conditions and elements for the handicapped to be engaged with activities of agricultural products including processing and to build a welfare community with agricultural production.The results are as follows;firstly necessity of expanding chances about training needs to process agricultural production, secondly functioning intermediary support system to advice various funds information and application forms, thirdly alternatives of work chance in winter seasons because of hardship of agricultural environment, fourthly collaboration with elderly people in the community
