In New Zealand, self-managing school system was introduced by the Education Act 1989. The system of self-review by school and the external review by Education Review Office was planned from the viewpoint of securing of accountability. And the maintenance of the support function for the school is developed as an actor letting them fuse more. On the other hand, the big characteristic of the new school review system in Yokohama is the unification of "the plan-evaluation". The idea of the school support by the Board of Education in this way transformed again, too. It is effective, so there is a merit to become easy to grasp what kind of support a school needs in the unification of "the plan-evaluation" smoking out the problem that a school has.

在新西兰，1989年《教育法》引入了自我管理学校制度。学校自我审查和教育审查办公室外部审查的制度是从确保问责制的角度规划的。学校的支持功能的维护被开发为一个演员，让他们更加融合。另一方面，横滨新学校审查制度的一大特点是“计划-评价”的统一。教育委员会这样支持学校的想法也再次转变。由于有效，因此具有在消除学校存在的问题的“计划-评估”的统一中变得容易掌握学校需要什么样的支持的优点。
