Study on Universal Tourism in Historic structures and the surrounding area

本研究旨在提出一种有效的历史建筑及其周边地区的普遍旅游方式。调查区域是广岛的宫岛。具体调查内容为：对游客的听力调查、对纪念品商店和餐馆的问卷调查、对当地环境的无障碍调查、对全国旅游协会的问卷调查。结果，很明显，有了实现环球旅游的基础。例如，旅游协会的工作人员为游客提供信息的意愿，商店和餐馆的员工对游客的支持程度。然而，这些组织之间的合作是不够的。综上所述，为游客提供适当的信息服务和组织旅游区无障碍信息是很重要的。

This study aims to propose an efficient means of Universal Tourism in Historic structures and the surrounding area. The survey area is Miya-jima Island of Hiroshima. The concrete investigation contents are hearing investigation to tourists, questionary investigation to souvenir shops and restaurants, barrier-free investigation in the local environment, and questionary investigation to tourist associations across the country.As the result, it became clear that there was the groundwork for the realization of Universal Tourism. For example, the willingness of the staff of tourist association to provide information to tourists, the mind of support for tourists by the employees of the shops and restaurants. However, the cooperation between these organizations is insufficient. In conclusion, it was found that appropriate information service for tourists and organizing Barrier-free information of sightseeing areas were important.
