英文摘要
The brain has many regions with their own distinct characteristics, and the interaction between these cortical regions causes various brain functions. In this study, using mice, I revealed that the primary somatosensory cortex which is an entrance of sensory information in the cerebral cortex receives a feedback input from secondary motor area, and this feedback input modulates the activity of primary somatosensory cortex and influences mouse behavior.
