项目摘要

令和3年のプロジェクト開始以降、日本の国内生産ネットワークと国際貿易の相互関係を明らかにする研究に継続して取り組んでおり、既にディスカッション・ペーパー（Sasahara and Okubo, 2022, "A long-run transition of Japan's inter-regional value chains"）として公表済みである。当該論文では、1960-2005年の長期の日本国内の地域間のバリュー・チェーンと海外アウトソーシングの関連を調べ、海外へのアウトソーシングが増加した産業では国内の地域間バリュー・チェーンの強さが弱まったことを示した。また、労働移入や輸入の増加で測ったグローバル化が日本の労働市場に与えた影響について検証する論文にも取り組み、既にディスカッション・ペーパー（Sasahara, Sui, and Taguchi, 2023, "Immigration, imports, and (im)mutable Japanese labor markets"）として公表済みである。当該論文では、1989年から2018年までの日本への労働者の移入と中国からの輸入の増加が賃金に与えた影響を検証した。そして、賃金への影響は限定的であったこと、1990年代の「失われた10年」の時期に限り負の影響が観察されることを示した。以上2本の論文は、学会やセミナーなどで報告しており、フィードバックを受けて改善し学術誌に投稿する段階まで到達できている。2023年4月時点で公表はできていないが、本プロジェクトの一環として「国際貿易が所得水準に与える影響についてのサーベイ論文」も執筆しており、論文としてまとめている段階である。

In 2003, the Japanese government began to study the relationship between domestic production and international trade (Sasahara and Okubo, 2022, "A long-run transition of Japan's inter-regional value chains"). This paper shows that the long-term relationship between Japan's regional development and overseas development from 1960 to 2005 has been adjusted, and the development of overseas development has been strengthened. In this paper, the author selects a group of papers to examine the impact of migration and input on Japanese labor markets (Sasahara, Sui, and Taguchi, 2023, "Immigration, imports, and (im)mutable Japanese labor markets"). When the paper is from 1989 to 2018, the migration of Japanese workers into China and the increase of Chinese workers 'income are examined. The impact of the 1990s was limited by the "lost decade" period. The above two papers are submitted to the Academic Journal for improvement. In April 2023, the public table was written and the paper was written in the stage of "International Trade Income Level and Impact".
