项目摘要

本研究はインターセクショナリティを分析ツールとして導入しているドイツの異文化間教育学における議論を参照し、権力関係や構造的差別の分析が今日の異文化間教育の研究・政策・実践にいかに影響を及ぼし、それぞれの議論を深化させ、構造的差別の是正を目指しているのか解明することを目的とする。初年度である2022年度は、本研究課題に関わる研究・政策・実践について広く文献収集をするとともに、インターセクショナリティを分析ツールとした際のカテゴリーの問題について文献研究を行い、異文化間教育学会第43回大会（於立命館大学）で発表を行った。インターセクショナリティを分析視点とした際の多層レベルの分析モデル（Winker & Degele 2009）、他者化のプロセスから検討する分析モデル（Riegel 2016）を取り上げ、その共通点としてマクロ、メゾ、ミクロレベルを往還しながら権力や支配関係を明らかにすることが挙げられた。また、異文化間教育の課題として、カテゴリーへの自己批判とその更新、カテゴリーの放棄ではなく、専門知がカテゴリーに与える影響への自覚が見いだされた。しかしながら、こうしたカテゴリーの問いがいかに政策に反映されたり、さらなる研究への波及効果があるのかという点までは検討できなかったため、次年度の課題としたい。本研究の基盤となっているのは、2019～2022年度の科研費研究（19K02577）である。その枠組みで、2023年3月にブレーメン大学での研究交流とドイツ教育学会異文化間・国際比較教育部門2023年大会に参加した。そこで、これまでのドイツにおける異文化間教育を批判的に問い直す議論が確認された。これは本研究の遂行に大きく関わり、次年度の研究の足がかりが得られたとともに、移民に加え、人種やジェンダー、セクシュアリティなど異文化間教育を捉え直す視角を広げる必然性も確認できた。

This study focuses on the analysis of the impact of intercultural education research, policy and practice on the discussion and analysis of the structural differences between intercultural education research, policy and practice.
