本研究では、発達障害児における社会性と衝動性について、報酬の価値割引の枠組みを用いて定量的に検討する。ASD児およびADHD児の社会割引と遅延割引を測定するための実験装置を開発し、これを用いて、社会性と衝動性の背景にある要因を明らかにすることを目的とする。社会性と衝動性の定量的分析を通して、価値割引実験のアセスメントツールとしての可能性を検討する。2022年度は、就学前児を対象とした実験装置の開発に向けて、関連する文献をレビューし、実験で用いる割引要因や報酬の条件について検討した。就学前児を対象としたこれまでの研究では、仮想選択場面ではなく、実際選択場面が用いられていることが多い。社会割引と遅延割引を共通の手続きで測定するためには、これらを組み合わせた方法を検討する必要がある。質問紙を用いて、ASD児およびADHD児の社会割引と遅延割引の測定を試みたところ、特に、割引要因の呈示方法を検討するためには、予備実験が必要であると考えられた。今後は、質問紙を用いた研究の結果をもとに、ASD児およびADHD児の社会割引と遅延割引を測定するための実験装置を開発する。３歳から６歳のASD児およびADHD児を対象に、新たに開発された価値割引実験を用いて、同一参加者で複数回、社会割引と遅延割引を測定する。社会割引と遅延割引の関係や、それぞれの変化に関連する要因について検討することで、ASD児およびADHD児の社会性と衝動性の理解へとつなげる。また、価値割引実験を発達障害児のアセスメントツールとして適用するための課題を整理する。
