Development of the data base utilizing interactively between schools and community education facilities.

对成人教育与学校教育合作的必要性、数据库利用等问题进行了探讨。阐明了数据库系统和视频会议系统中存在的问题。为此，我们研究了一个数据库系统，通过学校和社区教育设施之间的信息通信网络，用户可以相互注册、检索和分析信息。并开发了与研究支持目的相对应的子系统。该子系统由Web公告栏系统、Web问卷支持系统、Web REC系统（internet教育信息数据库与联合填表）、Web培训系统和Web远程调查系统组成，并采用三层结构的客户端服务器系统进行了基本设计。我们主要研究了教育实践，利用与地区教育机构合作开发的系统。为此，开发了Web远程调查系统，以支持调查结果的登记和分析。在此基础上，开发了网络培训系统，为学员提供学习方法信息。同样，我们也构建了用于互动交流的Web公告板系统，用于提供可用资料的Web REC系统，以及用于调查活动参与者的Web问卷支持系统。研究结果表明，该系统在远程教育中利用信息通信网络支持学习活动，促进协作。为数据库开发提供了基础资源。本文对成人教育或学校教育的视频会议系统信息教育综合系统进行了深入的研究。

We have investigated the issues of the data base utilization and the necessity of collaboration on adult education and school education, etc. So the problems concerning the data base system and the video conference system were clarified. Consequently we have researched the data base system, by which the users could register, retrieve and analyze the information mutually, through the information communication network connecting schools and community education facilities. And the sub-system corresponding to the purpose of the study support was developed.The subsystem has been composed of Web bulletin board system, Web questionnaire support system, Web REC system (internet education information data base and joint filling in type), Web training system, and Web remoteness investigation system, and took three hierarchy client server system to a basic design.We have researched the education practices chiefly, using the system developed in cooperation with the regional education facilities. Therefor the Web remoteness investigation system has been developed to support the registration and the analysis of the investigation result. Then we have developed the Web training system which has supported to provide the information of learning methods. Similarly we have constructed the Web bulletin board system for the interactive exchanges, the Web REC system for the supply of the available materials, and the Web questionnaire support system for the investigation activity to the participants.As a result of this study, the sub system has supported the learning activities to promote the collaboration by using the information communication network on the distance education. And the basic resources the data base development have been provided.We have further researched the synthetic system of information education via Video Conference System on adult education or school education.
