The development of the distance education support system using a communications network for the lifelong learning

我们开发了远程教育支持系统，这是一个准备及时的信息通信网络，使“大学延伸”得到了高度支持。它使在职教师的继续教育和公开课的申请等成为可能。它旨在通过本应用程序使其成为一个可能的系统。（1）对在职教师的经常性教育，如夜间远程研究生院和许可法授权公开课（2）“岐阜市民大学”作为面向地区居民的远程讲座会议，并在面向大学生的讲座中的应用部分试考了电子非同步型学习。在远程教育的e-Learning上，我们采用视频会议作为同步型，采用Web作为非同步型。并在此基础上对非同步型的研究进行了进一步的探讨。（1）结合部分高校的合作讲座，建立了合作讲座模型，开发了远程讲座。（2）多种远程教育的开发支持了夜远程研究生院的持续使用。（3）开发了一个基于卫星广播的视频专题，并对该专题的开发方法进行了研究。（4）开发了如何开展生活学习讲座的区域间共享主题。（5）考察了使用Web主题的学习特征对教育的影响。（6）我们认为，电子大学系统的研究促进了大学之间的合作。

We developed the distance education support system which was the information communications network with being prepared promptly and made it possible that the "University extension" was highly supported. It made the recurrent education toward incumbent teachers and applications to the open class and so on possible. It aimed at utility's making it a possible system through this application.The following two points that it was adapted;( 1 ) Recurrent education toward incumbent teachers such as the night distance graduate school and the license law authorization open class( 2 ) The "Gifu citizen's college" as the distance lecture meeting toward the area inhabitantAnd application to the lecture toward the college student is partly tried to examine e-Learning of the non-synchronous type. On the e-Learning of the distance education, we had used the video conference for the synchronous type and the Web for the non-synchronous type. And we made the base of the research promotion and examined about the next point at the non-synchronous type.( 1 ) We made the collaboration lecture model with collaborating lectures of some universities and developed the distance lecture.( 2 ) The development of the variety distance education supported the sub-system that the continuous use of the night distance graduate school was supported.( 3 ) We developed a video subject by the satellite broadcasting, and did the development of the way of bringing it up to use it.( 4 ) We had developed how to carry out the lecture of life learning to share a subject between the area.( 5 ) We considered the examination of the effect on education by the learning character which the Web subject was used.( 6 ) We considered that the examination of the e-University System which was promoted the universities collaboration.
