项目摘要

(研究・教育システム)われわれは,立命館大学において.経済・経営・理工の学部横断的な研究・教育システムづくりの一環として,ファイナンス・インスティテュートを設置し,一昨年来その研究教育システムの開発に取り組んできた。これは,現代企業に突きつけられている複雑な課題を文理総合型の新たな仕組みの中で,その解決策を発見できないかと考えたからである。このような取り組みは,学際的な研究教育の仕組み作りを必要とした。(データ・ベース)そこで,ファイナンス分野での研究・教育をすすめるために,現存のマクロ・データ,株価データ,企業財務データなどのデータを総合的に分析するための研究・教育用ソフトウェアを,バックグラウンドを異にする研究者の協力共同のもとで,開発した。と同時に,別途資金により日経クイック社の協力を得て新たなデータ・ダウンロードのためのもう一つの仕組みも完成させ,これも併用している。これらは学生初学者用ウェッブ・ページ版と中級上級用バッチ処理版およびアクセス対応版の三本立てでデータベースへのアクセスをする仕組みを完成させるとともに日経クイック版とあわせ,これらの研究・教育の両面からの利用を進めてきた。それぞれ一長一短がある。今後もこれらの改善すすめる予定である。ここで最大の問題は,環境その他日進月歩でできあがったものがすぐに陳腐化してしまうことである。そこで,科研以外の資金も活用しつつ,かつ日経クイック,大和SBをはじめとする資金力のある外部機関との共同の取り組みでこれに対応しようとしている。(教育プログラム)教育プログラムとしては,2000年度開講の『金融市場分析実習』の内容となるものを共同して研究し,これを教育に活用したが,なお改善の余地があると考え,現在さらに改善しテキストにしようとしている。その第一の内容は,証券アナリスト資格要件の一つとして,財務分析,の学習が課されており,これを含んで,実際のアナリスト業務を行うにあたっての素養としての企業分析の実習を内容とする。第二は,ファイナンシャル・エコノミクスに基づいた金融市場分析を内容とする。これについては,別途大和SBが開発したPoet-SBを活用した教育を進めてきている。これらについても一定その成果を別途冊子にまとめた。(研究プログラム)現在,まずはこれまでの研究を基礎に,前者を内容とするテキスト作りを進めている。これと並行して,日本の金融システムと企業財務戦略に関する研究を深めるという作業を行っている。成果の刊行はすでに終えたものの他,なお継続中のものもあるが,これまでの成果をさしあたり別途冊子にまとめた。
