项目摘要

本研究の目的は、不登校生徒が社会に歩みだすプロセスを明らかにし、子どもの健やかな発達を支援する看護学の立場から、不登校生徒が直面している発達段階の課題や心理的葛藤を乗り越えるための支援を検討し、不登校生徒が発達課題を克服し社会生活へ適応するプロセスへの支援モデルの開発をすることである。思春期・青年期の不登校と、克服しなくてはならない心理発達課題とは密接に関係する。不登校生徒が内的な成熟と同年代の仲間や家族以外の人たちとの対人関係によって、それまでの発達課題を克服し自立にむかうことにより、社会生活への適応に関するQOL向上に寄与することが期待できる。不登校生徒の社会生活への適応に関するQOLの向上の観点から学術的価値および有用性のある意義深い研究であると考えられる。本研究で得られた結果は、不登校生徒に対する発達段階の課題の克服と自立への支援に活用でき、思春期・青年期の子どもの心理的な発達を支援する看護に貢献するといえる。2022年度は、中学・高校の時期に不登校だった経験者の社会に歩みだすまでのプロセスを明らかにするため、中学・高校で不登校経験がありフリースクールに通ったのち、再登校や進学、就職などで社会に歩みだした経験者8名に、半構造的インタビューを実施した。また、フリースクール職員が認識する中学・高校の時期に不登校だった生徒が社会に歩みだすプロセスを明らかにするために、フリースクールに勤務する相談・指導職員で、1年以上の指導経験を有した不登校生徒の指導経験のある職員7名に半構造的インタビューを実施した。インタビューで得られたデータは、M-GTA(Modified Grounded Theory Approach：修正版グラウンデッド・セオリー・アプローチ,以下M-GTA)(木下,2003,pp.89-91)を用いて、個別分析中である。
