For our partners involved in molecular detection of Covid-19 without a sequencing facility, it will havean immediate impact. SOP and lab protocol will be shared. Access will be provided to the unit HTSand analysis using the CLIMB server and pipeline. The establishment of the genomics facilities willcontribute to the overall institutional capacity development and will involve improved staff andstakeholder skills, knowledge and experience. Data will be uploaded into open sequence datarepositories for universal open access. Links to the data generated and the platform will accompanyall reports that will also be freely accessible online.
