The purpose of this study is to understand how muscle, fat and liver tissue are being affected by drugs used to treat patients with HIV disease. This is important because patients with HIV disease may develop abnormal fat distribution (thin arms and legs, fat abdomen), diabetes mellitus and increased cholesterol and triglycerides. This is called lypodystrophy.
